1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Digtize.com for services are considered final.
  • Since our services involve professional consultation, strategic planning, and resource allocation, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service, a refund for the duplicate transaction will be issued.
  • Service Not Initiated: If the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated, a refund may be processed after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative charges.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If Digtize.com is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal reasons, a refund will be provided for the work not done.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • When the project scope has been agreed upon and work has commenced.
  • When delays are caused by client-side factors (such as delayed feedback, content submission, approvals, or required information).
  • For partial project completion or dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences after approval stages.
  • For digital marketing campaigns once they are live, as ad budgets and resources are already allocated.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation before the project has started. Approved cancellations will incur an administrative fee.
  • Once a project has started, cancellation will not entitle the client to a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (in applicable cases), clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email to support@digtize.com within 7 days of the payment date.
  2. Provide the payment receipt and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original mode of payment.
